All facial treatments will use Tropic skincare products chosen specifically for the requirements of your skin. All products are clean, vegan, cruelty free, naturally derived and freshly made in the UK.
Luxury Facial with Tropic 60 minutes
Completely tailored to the requirements of your skin. Includes a detailed consultation and in-depth skin analysis, deep cleansing and exfoliating treatment, mask, serum and moisturiser suitable for your skin type. All using clean Tropic Products. In addition you will receive a 30 minute anti-ageing facial massage and your choice of either a head or hand/arm massage while the mask is applied.
Luxury Massage and facial treatment with Tropic 90 minutes
Completely tailored to your requirements, usually a luxury facial with 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage works well.
Detoxifying Facial 90 Minutes
All the benefits of the luxury facial, additionally you will receive a 30 minute ear candling treatment to help eliminate toxins, release sinus pressure and drain the lymphatic system.
Mini Facial with Tropic 30 minutes
Includes a detailed consultation and in-depth skin analysis, deep cleansing and exfoliating treatment, serum and moisturiser and mini facial massage.
Massage and facial treatment with Tropic 60 minutes
30 minute mini facial alongside another 30 minute massage treatment of your choice. Ideally suited to head, neck and shoulder or back, neck and shoulder massage.
Jaw Release Massage Treatment 30 minutes
There’s not many clients I see that wouldn’t benefit from this treatment. Most people have some form of tension in the jaw, ideal for people who grind their teeth, get tension headaches, clench their jaw, sleep poorly. Treatment starts with a basic cleanse of the face and then deep massage of the jaw and supporting muscles, using myofascial release techniques. Recommended as a regular treatment. I will also provide self care techniques to follow up with at home.
Free 1:1 Skincare consultation – 30 Minutes
We’ll discuss your current skincare routine, lifestyle and skincare goals and create a plan to help you achieve those goals. I’ll give you product recommendations, ways to simplify your routine, tips and tricks, teach you some facial massage techniques and give you the chance to try some products. There is absolutely no pressure to buy Tropic products but if you like anything you’ve tried, you can also purchase through me.
Ear Candling 30 Minutes (Only £20 as an add on to another treatment)
A specially designed candle is placed into each ear (one at a time), lit and allowed to burn. While pressure point massage is carried out to the face to aid lymphatic drainage.
Massage Treatments
Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage – 30 Minutes, 45 minutes, 60 Minutes (Currently only available to existing clients)
Using your desired pressure, this massage will help combat those common back, neck and shoulder issues. I’d recommend a 60 minute treatment for your first session.
Holistic Massage – 60 Minutes, 90 Minutes (Currently only available to existing clients)
Massage completely tailored to you and your desired outcome. Pressure and areas covered will all be decided and agreed based on a detailed consultation.
Deep Tissue Massage – 60 Minutes, 90 Minutes (Currently only available to existing clients)
Like my holistic massage, deep tissue will always be tailored to your requirements, normally it involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues with the aim of achieving a remedial benefit.
Pregnancy or Postnatal Massage – 60 Minutes, 90 Minutes
Pregnancy massages carried out while lying on your side, combining a heavenly relaxation experience with relieving those pregnancy related aches, pains and niggles. Postnatal massage will be customised to how you are feeling, your body is still going through a lot after birth and it’s really important that is considered during a massage – your comfort will be prioritised.
Warm Bamboo Massage – 60 Minutes, 90 Minutes (currently only available to existing clients)
Warm bamboo rollers are used to enhance the massage experience, aiding deep relaxation while the heat is ideal for penetrating deeper into the muscle tissue. If you don’t enjoy deeper tissue work, but have substantial tension in particular areas, warm bamboo treatment may be ideal for you, as it has the benefits of deep muscle penetration without the perceived pain.
Indian Head Massage – 45 Minutes
Treatment of the upper arms, shoulders, chest, neck, scalp and face. Working with the bodies chakra system to create balance of the entire body.
Leg Massage – 30 Minutes
Ideal after sports such as running and cycling to reduce some of the aching caused by lactic acid build up.
Reflexology – 60 Minutes
Full foot reflexology treatment completely tailored to you and your requirements, with the aim of supporting the body to heal itself.
Massage with Reflexology – 90 Minutes
30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by full foot reflexology treatment completely tailored to you and your requirements.
A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the client by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the client’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki can also be incorporated into other massage treatments, please mention at consultation if you are interested.
Reflexology and Reiki – 60 minutes
Reiki and Crystal healing – 60 minutes
Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing, crystals are placed on the body with the intention of bringing balance to the chakras of the body. This treatment combines the use of crystals to enhance the reiki experience.
Self-Myofascial Release
Techniques are designed to gently and slowly elongate and relax the fascia, by working on both the body, mind and breath. Your appointment will start with a consultation and a postural assessment so that I can structure the session around your specific needs. I will talk you through and demonstrate the techniques during your session and send you away with some self care homework to work on before our next appointment.
