About Me

I retrained in holistic massage after having my first baby. Originally it was something to occupy my mind while on maternity leave but it became a passion that I wanted to pursue as a career to hopefully help others.

In 2018  I qualified in Holistic massage with the MTI (massage training institute) alongside a level 4 qualification in anatomy, pathology and physiology.

After 12 years of working at a desk and suffering with back pain I thought it was time to help others experiencing the same issues.

I spent 2 years working in a clinic environment seeing lots of clients and gaining vast amounts of experience.

Now wanting to focus more on the client experience I am working part time from my home in Stoke Holy Cross (4 miles south of Norwich).  Also able to travel mobile within Norfolk for a group session.  Please get in touch if you’re interested.

My focus has always been on holistic massage. Ensuring each massage is tailored to each individual and their requirements on that specific day.  I pride myself on no two massages being the same as no two people are the same.  Holistic massage focuses on treating the client as a whole and not just looking at the one area where they may be feeling tension.

My massage can help with remedial issues, easing aches and pains or stress management by offering complete relaxation – often using elements of reiki to assist with deep relaxation.

Along the way I have added to my training, adding things which can be carried out as stand alone treatments or incorporated into a holistic massage to enhance the experience,  Such as reiki, facial treatment and hot stone treatment.

It was during my first pregnancy where massage became so important to me. I had regular massage throughout pregnancy, which alongside yoga really helped me to manage the back pain I experienced throughout my pregnancy.  The deep relaxation of massage prepared me so well for birth, and throughout my birthing experience I remained calm and relaxed, and I came out the other end with an equally calm and relaxed little baby!

Therefore it is really important to me to offer pregnancy and post natal massage. It’s a really important time to look after yourself, and it’s important to have a therapist who understands what your body and mind are going through.  I love to see a lady regularly throughout her pregnancy and then also be able to help with those post natal aches and pains as well.

Please take a look at my treatment page and if you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to get in touch. I look forward to welcoming you soon.
