Reflexology in Stoke Holy Cross, Norwich.
The basic concept of reflexology is that reflexes on our hands and feet act as a mirror image of the body, and by applying direct pressure to the specific points the body can be restored to homeostasis.
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that encourages the body to heal and balance itself. The treatment will start with a consultation to gain information on medical history and lifestyle. We will then discuss and agree a treatment plan which will usually start with relaxation techniques, followed by full treatment and analysis of the foot and ankle, and will end with more in depth work on any areas of congestion.
