Pregnancy massage is recommended from 12 weeks through to birth. The treatment will be carried out with you lying on your side supported by pillows. We’ll work on one half of your body at a time and will turn onto the other side half way through the treatment.

Therefore its so beneficial if Mum can continue with regular massage in the post natal period.
Often posture really suffers when baby arrives because of the increased amount of sitting. Feeding, rocking and changing baby all bring those shoulders forward which leads to increased tension in the head, neck and shoulder area.
