About your treatment

How to book – 

I am available for treatments from my home treatment room in Stoke Holy Cross Monday and Thursday day time.  

I am also available for mobile appointments weekday evenings.  I come to your home with my massage table, deliver your treatment and then leave you to relax in your own home!  Please just ensure you have a suitable room with enough space for my massage table and room to walk around (approx. 2m x 2.5m). Subject to a minimum 90 minute treatment time or group booking.

Please send a message (my preference is WhatsApp) to arrange your appointment.  For new clients I do ask for payment in advance of your appointment to secure your booking.  Existing clients can pay on the day by either cash or bank transfer.

24 hours before your appointment you will receive an appointment reminder via email.

What to expect – 

Your appointment will start with a full consultation, where I will assess your needs and we will agree a treatment plan, this consultation does form part of your treatment time and will take slightly longer for your first appointment.

All treatments will vary and you can discuss your requirements during the consultation. 

COVID-19 Processes – 

In line with government guidance and my professional associations advice (CThA) I am now allowing personal choice regarding use of face-masks. If you feel more comfortable for us both to wear a mask I will be more than happy to do this throughout your appointment.

Hand sanitiser is available and I will be asking you to use this as you enter the treatment room. 

I shall regularly be monitoring my own temperature.

I will obviously as always be washing my hands directly before and after your appointment.

All touch points and the massage table will be thoroughly cleaned between clients.  All bedding is thoroughly laundered after every client.

Full details will be taken for all clients for contact tracing purposes.

Terms and conditions – 

For new clients, and as a general preference, I ask for payment in advance by bank transfer (BACS). Payment in full using cash, cheque or bank transfer at the end of appointments is welcome from returning or regular clients.

Appointment times include a consultation, which will take a little longer for your first appointment.

Appointments are carried out at my home so please try not to arrive more than 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.

Please note I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, appointments cancelled within 24 of the appointment time or not attended will incur a £20 cancellation fee. When multiple cancellations occur I have the right to request payment at time of booking.

There will be times when receiving massage is not appropriate for you, if you are feeling unwell, have a fever or suffering with any form of infection, massage may make you feel worse.  I also want to ensure that nothing is passed onto other clients.  Therefore if you are in any doubt about whether you should attend your appointment please contact me as soon as possible to discuss, it may be appropriate to reschedule.
